Reser General Assembly was held on 6 February 2026 in accordance with our association’s new statutes.
After verifying that a quorum was present, Lars Fuglsang, Head of Research Group Innovation in Service and Experience President Lars Fuglsang presented the association’s activity report and encouraged all RESER members to participate in the next congress, which will be held for the first time outside Europe, in Brazil, a country with which the RESER teams have close ties thanks to Faïz Gallouj, professor Pr Faiz Gallouj and jean Philippe, Emeritus professor Jean Philippe. The floor was immediately given to the two members of the round table, Marcia Rossi and Nanno Mulder
Maria Rossi, Postdoctoral researcher in Service Innovation at UFRJ Postgraduate and Research Institute in Administration (COPPEAD/UFRJ). PhD in Business Administration from Mackenzie University and the University of Lille/France. has chosen to focus on three areas (digital platforms (IaaS), digital health, and cybersecurity).
