Throughout the three days of the Conference, researchers, experts, professionals, and representatives from different institutions will come together to discuss relevant and urgent topics shaping the present and future of services. The program features discussions on digital services and data governance, energy services and the energy transition, public security, health, public services, artificial intelligence, diversity and inclusion in services, as well as many other topics reflecting the challenges and ongoing transformations in the field of services.

Three prizes will be awarded : the Peter Daniels Creativity Prize, the Founder’s Award to one or two young researchers, and, of course, the Best Article Prize selected by three separate juries….. and, it’s a surprise a Lifetime award…. to honour ?????
Finally, a session specifically for PhD students will be held during the conference.
