RESER Best Short Paper Award

The main objective of the RESER Best Short Paper Award is to recognize high-quality research that is innovative and methodologically rigorous in the field of service research. The Conference’s best short paper(s) will be acknowledged by a RESER Committee based on a Conference reviewers’ pre-selection.

Evaluation criteria:

To be considered for the award, submitted papers must:

  • demonstrate originality in research
  • be relevant to the field of service research
  • use clear and appropriate methods
  • present results in a clear and well-analyzed manner
  • be written in clear and well-organized language

Additional information:

  • The paper has to be presented during the RESER Conference
  • The Award recipient(s) will receive visibility on a specific section of the RESER website
  • Winner(s) will be announced during the RESER Gala Dinner
