It proposes a multilevel conceptual model integrating AI literacy, digital literacy, technology readiness, trust in AI, and algorithm aversion to explain technology adoption.
The study also explores different AI adopter profiles and how individual and psychosocial factors influence the transition from initial experimentation to sustained organizational use.
Academic trajectory also includes international research collaboration with Flinders University, Adelaide, Australia, particularly through the College of Business, Government and Law. One of the studies supporting my doctoral thesis was presented at the 34th RESER International Conference in Helsinki, Finland, in 2024.
