Dear Reser member,
In 2022, Tiziana Russo Spena became the RESER treasurer, taking over from José Luis Navarro Espigares, who held the position for many years.
You may remember that our head office is located in Italy for historical reasons. However, legislation governing associations has changed in Italy, and our articles of association no longer comply with the law. Tiziana has undertaken a major project to update the statutes, and the 2024 conference (Helsinki) is the opportunity to approve the new statutes.
We therefore ask you, as a member of RESER, to take part in the Extraordinary General Meeting at which we need to vote on our new Articles of Association, a new President, and the Board of Directors (which was called in the past RESER council). For this election to occur, your participation as a Reser member at this Extraordinary GM is essential, as a majority vote is required. If you are unable to attend, you can follow the GM remotely. Would you please announce your participation by mail?
You have received the new Statute on the Reser by mail
The Agenda is the following :
1. Approval of the new Statute,
2. The designation/confirmation of the Board of Directors
3. The election of the new President.
