Under the conference theme “Co-creating Sustainable Solutions for Future-proof Societies,” participants examined how multi-faceted innovations, both technological and service-based, can be integrated with new governance models and participatory practices to shape transformative change. Sessions highlighted the need for systemic approaches to sustainability transitions, involving collaboration across sectors, dis- ciplines, and stakeholder groups. A key area of discussion was the integration of digital technologies such as AI, digital twins, and data platforms into public services and urban infrastructures. These tools were not only evaluated for their technological capabilities but also crit- ically examined through the lenses of ethics, inclusivity, and long-term social value. The conference also delved into sustainability in practice, showcasing innovations in energy, food systems, health care, and education that exemplify how services can support circular economies and more equitable futures..
