Introduction

On December 8th, Thanks to the enthusiastic partnership of GPS (Groupement des Professions de Services, the presentation of the encyclopedia of services produced under the responsibility of Faiz Gallouj and several former presidents of the RESER, will allow for the presentation of some testimonies and nourished debates on various subjects.
On December 9th, at Gustave Eiffel university, the following subject is proposed : “looking back to move forward, the past, present and future of service science.

Reser Elgar Encyclopedia of service studies: 1st presentation

a) What innovations and organisational strategies in services?

b) For a sustainable city: what are the logistics challenges?

c) Which services in the city of tomorrow: for whom? For whom? How? For what?

Call for papers

Contributors:

Researchers and practitioners are welcome to contribute to the conference.

Review Conditions:

Scientific contributions will be double blind reviewed. The reviews are based on abstracts. Abstracts must include meaningful content to:

  • problem/goal,
  • methodology,
  • results
  • Bibliography

The length of an abstract is between 4000 and 6000 characters.

There is no review of the practitioners contributions.

Scientific board

The reviews will be carried out by members of the
RESER community and topic related institutions.

Proceedings

The initial abstracts will be available in the online conference programme, but it will be possible to the authors to revise this abstract afterwards, based on reviewers’ comments e.g.. The authors can choose
between:

  • Presentation and extended abstract (6000 – 8000 characters): the latter will be published in an online conference proceeding and both will also be available here.
  • Presentation only: Authors can choose whether their presentation will be published at the www.reser.net or not.
  • Abstracts not accepted for regular presentation can be presented in a poster session.
