The focus of SHINE – Service Network Integrator project is on service integrator’s network models and service network collaboration. The project examines the value creation from the ser-vice integrator’s viewpoint; how services are developed and produced in service networks and what kind of network management and collaboration models facilitate value creation. The project creates new knowledge on service network management in different industries.
