A tribute to Kirsi Maria HYYTINEN
Our colleague, organiser of the 2024 Reser annual conference, has just received a remarkable distinction, the Order of the Lion of Finland, for her professional commitment.
Kirsi is a member of the Finnish VTT laboratory, specialising in service innovation. She is a member of the RESER board, having received the RESER Founder’s Award in 2015 for her paper ‘Governance for collaborative development of service and system innovations’.
